Pop Balloons

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Pop Balloons ("we", "us", "the site") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

The game does not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name or email address just to play. The balloons, flags, sounds and animations all run in your own browser.

Customize settings. What you choose in the Customize window, including any words you type for custom balloons, stays in your browser while the page is open. It is not sent to us or saved, and it is gone when you close or reload the page.

Contact form. If you use the Contact form, you give us your name, email address and message. The form is processed by a third-party service, Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our email inbox. We use this information only to read and reply to your message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the other services described below may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

You can also control or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block cookies, the game will still work, but ads may be less relevant.

Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before using cookies or similar technologies for personalized ads, using a consent message provided through Google. You can change your choice at any time using the privacy options shown on the site or in your browser settings.

Third-party services

The country flags are drawn by the game itself in your browser, and no outside service is used to load them. The third-party services above have their own privacy policies, and we do not control how they handle your data.

Browser storage

The game itself does not store your progress or your Customize choices, and it does not save cookies or local storage of its own. The welcome tour is shown each time you open the page for this reason. The third-party services above may set their own cookies as described in this policy.

Children's privacy

Pop Balloons is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Because we only receive information when you send us a message, you can ask us to delete your message at any time using the Contact form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
